Our customer service representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries. They assist customers by providing information about services, scheduling appointments, and answering questions regarding HVAC and plumbing systems. They carefully document customer issues and preferences, ensuring accurate records are maintained for future reference. When customers experience problems, the representative guides them through troubleshooting steps and offers reassurance while effectively managing expectations. Additionally, they follow up with clients after service calls to gather feedback, resolve any lingering issues, and ensure a positive experience, all while fostering trust and loyalty to the company.
Pay Ranges from 18-22
