    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You will assist customers with orders, DIY/custom framing, and outreach through phone, email, and in-person interactions in our showroom. Your contributions will include providing expert advice on framing options and participating in projects focused on customer retention and relationship building. Your efforts will ensure that our customers receive high-quality service and framing solutions tailored to their style, purpose, and budget.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers by understanding their needs and guiding them through the ordering process for custom framing and other services.
    • Use technology such as our website, email, phone, HubSpot, and other tools to effectively assist customers.
    • Develop deep knowledge of our picture frame products, materials, and accessories to provide customized options for customers.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
    • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at customer retention and relationship building.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process.

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related role is required.
    • Proficiency with computers - including email, websites, phones, and other office equipment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Ability to navigate our company website and assist customers with online orders.
    • Positive attitude, team player, and resourceful with a customer-oriented approach.

    Preferences:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of picture framing products and services.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
