Ace Handyman Services is a national leader in the home improvement and home repair industry. We are growing and looking for a part-time customer service representative/office support person to ensure efficient and positive daily operations in our Westlake office.

In this role you will handle inbound calls from our customers, learn about their projects, and explain the services we provide. You will need to review and manage several incoming lead generation streams. You will learn to use Service Titan to manage customer interactions, job schedules and our team of skilled craftsman.
Job Requirements
We are looking for excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to interact effectively and positively with both customers and our craftsmen. Office support duties may include data entry and social media updates.
Other qualifications for the role include:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service experience (2-5 years) and a great phone personality
Ability to work a flexible schedule (within our 8 am - 5 pm business hours)
High level computer and typing proficiency
Knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
Ability to multitask and constantly reprioritize.
Construction/home improvement experience is helpful but not required.
