What You'll Be Doing:

Professionally manage incoming service calls with a friendly and courteous demeanor.

Engage with customers to offer additional services and build long-term relationships.

Accurately complete work orders, follow up on service inquiries, and address customer concerns promptly.

Assist in cross-functional duties, contributing to various business needs as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Administrative & customer service experience.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and organizational skills.
