We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other contracts specific to the industry
Plan and schedule appointments as needed
Greet and assist onsite guests
Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls as needed
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Office Staff Members on monthly-bimonthly rotation with company Emergency After Hours Line (Additionally Compensated)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Bilingual Speaker (Preferrred but not required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of basic computer functions (Microsoft, Excel, QuickBooks)
