We are currently seeking 1 open IN-OFFICE positions with Allstate. We are in search of 1 diligent Spanish or Chinese speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in San Jose California.
CSR's are not responsible for explaining coverages or writing and binding policies. This is a full-time position.
Customer
You will be responsible for retaining our clients while providing exceptional customer service and support to said clients. If you have a passion for delivering excellent service, strong communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product/service information
Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues or complaints
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Update policy request
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Experience:
Previous experience in insurance sales preferred, not mandatory
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
Bilingual proficiency in any of English, Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Cantonese is a plus. We have a heavy Chinese book of business
