We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure timely and accurate updates to customer accounts. You will provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions about coverage, and helping clients understand their policies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and updates to ensure accurate and timely account information.
Provide clear explanations of insurance coverage, benefits, and options to help clients make informed decisions.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with their insurance policies.
Job Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service and client facing support
Active Insurance license required.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer accounts and processing policy changes.
