    No previous experience needed. All training will be provided.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Schedule Appointments

    Answer emails and phone calls

    Listen to voice-mails and respond promptly

    Keep detailed notes within client accounts

    Keep detailed reminder notes to communicate with clients

    Take payments over the phone

    Enter check payments

    New account data entry
