Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their repair needs and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include reviewing and responding to customer emails and phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Ensuring all email communications are up to date.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment
