    Blue Truck is a furniture logistics company using technology to improve and automate how customers receive important purchases. We're looking for someone who wants to be at the front line of working with our customers, but also has a hunger to grow, learn new things, and master additional opportunities within the company.

    Founded by a team with a background at Uber and other high growth companies, Blue Truck is focused on the unbundling of distribution in the furniture space. We want modern furniture entrepreneurs to have the same ability their peers selling parcel-sized items have, which is to create online businesses that focus on the product, branding, and merchandising side of their business without having to be entangled in the logistics of physical distribution.

    We're looking for motivated, independent self-starters who want to join at the ground floor as we still have a lot of growth ahead.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer the company phone line, quote and book customers who would like to schedule a delivery.
    • Answer questions from customers who have an existing delivery scheduled; learn company tooling and processes as necessary to look up this information.
    • Answer support questions via text message and email.
    • Confirm pickup and drop-off scheduling with retailers and shippers.
    • Work with the ops manager to notify the next day's customers of their delivery windows; track and update this information in company tooling.
    • General office administration such as light housekeeping, receiving visitors, and stocking office supplies.

    What we're looking for:

    • High level of computer and office software proficiency. Must be able to touch type and have basic knowledge of office products (we use Google Workspace).
    • Ability to quickly learn new software tools that are used to manage daily operations - e.g. Airtable, Front, our internal booking system.
    • Poised and confident in phone interactions.
    • Strong written communication skills.

    This is a full time, in office position in Norcross, GA. Schedule is:

    • Mon 8a-4:30p
    • Tue-Fri 9a-5:30p
    • The occasional Saturday may be required and hours may adjust occasionally based on the needs of the business
