    Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented customer service representative. The customer service representative will be responsible for assisting in policy retention by remarketing current policies to ensure customers have the best coverage/cost options available. Additonally, this role will involve servicing and supporting current policies.

    Policy Retention & Remarketing:

    Actively engage with current clients to discuss their coverage needs and identify opportunities for policy renewal or upgrades.

    Utilize available tools and resources to remarket policies and ensure clients remain with the agency

    Communicate policy changes, updates, or renewal options effectively to customers.

    Customer Service & Support:

    Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, or in-person.

    Assist clients with their existing insurance policies, including making changes, updates, and answering questions related to their coverage.

    Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and other requests as needed.

    Ensure that all client information is accurately maintained and up-to-date in the agency’s system as well as document all interactions with clients.

    Be the liaison between customers and insurance companies at times.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in customer service or within the insurance industry preferred but not required.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service..

    Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and solve complex problems without direct supervision.

    Have excellent time management skills

    Must have valid Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment. ( The cost of this could potentially be reimbursed to you)
