TampaPrinter.com is a busy, full-service print and sign shop looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an in-person role assisting customers both in-store and over the phone with quotes, orders, and general questions.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
Provide quotes, take orders, and guide customers through the production process
Review artwork and ensure jobs are entered accurately into the system
Communicate with production and design teams to ensure the timely completion of orders
Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a customer-focused environment
Graphic Design experience is a plus
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a print shop or sign shop
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Working knowledge of common print products and terminology
Experience with job ticketing, proof approvals, and general order workflow
