Job Title: Sales Admin/Sales Support

About Us: California Sport Design is a supplier of custom printed and embroidered apparel for Schools, Sport Teams, Corporations and other small businesses throughout California since 1985. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Admin/Sales Support Representative to join our company. If you are a team player with strong multitasking skills and a knack for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service/inside sales • Dependable and detail-oriented • General knowledge of Excel • Knowledge of QuickBooks (a plus) • Knowledge of CRM software (a plus) • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Outgoing, positive personality with customers and coworkers • Available 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime
Responsibilities: • Create work orders for new projects submitted by sales representatives • Schedule jobs for production, coordinating with the production team to ensure timely completion and efficient workflow • Monitor job progress and schedule shipments upon completion • Assist in purchasing products online from various suppliers • Update and manage CRM software database • Provide customer service and quotes for various customers • Help manage inventory to fulfill program orders • Answer phones and provide customer assistance as needed • Support both owners with various projects as required
