CONFIDENTIAL COMPANY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
BI-LINGUAL IS A REQUIREMENT
General Description:
Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, 2-way radio and face-to-face.
Provide a single Point of Contact in order to produce a consistent customer experience.
Process customer orders from start to finish
Process credit card payments
Process daily cash receipts
Manage and update client accounts
Cultivate rapport with customers.
Is responsive to customer’s needs (i.e. return messages, timely follow-through)
Provide customer inquiries with pricing and knowledge of the services we offer.
Update and maintain client databases with up-to-date information.
Fulfill customer expectations with realistic commitments.
Assist in building profitable sales by enhancing customer satisfaction and confidence.
Assist with Dispatch/Operations.
Complete all paperwork, reports and administrative tasks in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.
Perform general administration tasks.
Support other departments.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
Excellent communication and active listening skills
A warm, approachable manner
Problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
At least 2-5 years experience in a customer service position
Extensive experience using MS office software-Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience using database management systems
Entry level knowledge of computer application (Excel preferred)
Knowledge of clerical skills, general clerical experience
Data entry skills
Ability to multi task and good organization skills
Ability to use 10-key
Valid Florida Driver’s License
