    Job Overview

    Duties for the Customer Service Representative will include managing all aspects of the customer service department. Accurately processing inquires and all orders. Follow up on customer complaints and action accordingly. All customer service is online. Provide support to the office management team.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    · Handle online customer orders and refunds

    · Assist customers with online orders and refunds

    · Focus on online customer service to achieve department goals

    · Answer and direct all calls

    · Work effectively as part of the customer service team to reach all goals

    · Answer all incoming customer service calls with attention to detail to meet customer’s needs.

    · Properly document all activities with precise information for all orders.

    · Collect data and prepare reports on customer complaints and inquires.

    · Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to supervisor.

    · Demonstrate that a customer comes first by serving with a sense of urgency

    · Check emails daily and reply according to the customer needs

    · Work closely with other department to resolve customer order’s concerns

    · Perform other related and unrelated duties as assigned.
