We're seeking a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, guiding them through the process of bringing a new puppy into their lives. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both the puppies and their new families.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with new puppy parents via phone and email.

Answer inquiries about our puppies, adoption process, and available services.

Provide detailed information about puppy care, including feeding, training, socialization, and health.

Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and scheduling appointments.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and puppy information.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to their well-being.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to empathize with and understand the needs of new puppy parents.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with basic computer software (e.g., email, word processing).

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of dog breeds and puppy care is a plus.
