About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative at Little Otter Swim School, you’ll be the first point of contact for our families, helping create the welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes the Little Otter experience so special. Your role will involve assisting both children and parents, providing top-tier customer service, and handling various administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide friendly customer engagement by phone and in person
Juggle multiple tasks, including phone calls, customer communication, and software navigation
Proactively solve problems and address customer concerns
Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
Complete required training to master our processes and systems
Professionally answer questions regarding policies and curriculum
Learn and utilize JackRabbit software
