We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. Responsibilities: • Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available • Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents • Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies Qualifications: • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred Join our team if you possess the following qualifications: • Strong problem-solving skills • A humble attitude and a desire for personal growth • Ability to pass a background check • Obtain an insurance license and excel in selling appointments once licensed Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000+ yearly
