We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives dedicated to connecting with potential customers to discuss energy-saving solutions. This role involves face-to-face interactions within the local community, encompassing both customer service and sales responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Engage with potential customers door-to-door to explain and promote our energy solutions. • Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns. • Educate customers about the benefits of community solar and third-party energy suppliers. • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others. • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals. • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required. • Must be able to work outdoors and engage in door-to-door interactions. Compensation: $75,000 yearly
