We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience with collections. The ideal candidate will possess great strength in their communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure. Benefits: PTO, Paid Holiday, Healthcare, and 401k. Not all benefits are applicable for part-time Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, and general information • Accurate tracking of customer accounts and making updates with new account information as necessary • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections practices • Scheduling and General administrative duties • Utilize company software to maintain accurate property/tenant information • Assist department with daily tasks including but not limited to data entry, faxing, and scanning Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in customer service or collections is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in using computers and related software Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
