Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Answering phone calls • Calling clients and technicians • Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations • Data entry • Preparing and gaining work authorizations • Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Customer service experience required • Dispatching or scheduling experience a plus • Detail oriented • Must be able to work at a fast pace • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • In office position • Working right in the USA Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 at plan
