Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction • Answering phone calls • Calling clients and technicians • Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations • Data entry • Preparing and gaining work authorizations • Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies Qualifications: • Previous work in a customer-facing position • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Customer service experience required • Dispatching or scheduling experience a plus • Detail oriented • Must be able to work at a fast pace • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • In office position • Working right in the USA Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 at plan
