    We're looking for a proactive problem-solver to deliver exceptional service to our customers through accurate order processing and effective communication. This fulltime first-shift role is based at our San Bernardino, California facility.

    As a Customer Service Representative, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

    Order Management 50% of the time

    • Complete order entry processing with a high level of accuracy.
    • Collaborate with interna teams and third parties to schedule on-time customer deliveries.
    • Maintain strong relations and collaboration with 3rd Party Warehouses to facilitate scheduling a high level of outbound and inbound orders.
    • Work with customers to resolve order issues upon delivery.
    • Work with accounting to resolve billing and payment issues.

    Effective Communication about Products and Services 25% of the time

    • Understand product, promotions and technical issues to best assist customers on concerns to resolution, including product availability issues.
    • Respond to a high volume of customer emails in a timely and professional manner.

    Reporting 25% of the time

    • Working daily in ERP system to keep customer account profiles updated, running reports for inventory/order fulfillment and routing purchase orders.

    **** Requirements:

    * 3 years of Customer Service experience; experience with 3rd party logistics and warehousing preferred.
    * High School Education required, Associate's Degree preferred
    * Strong computer skills; Experience with ERP system; NetSuite
    * Highly organized and ability to prioritize.
    * Strong communication skills, with focus on effective phone and written (email) communication.
    * Exceptional attention to detail.
    * Proven ability to resolve customer issues professionally, accurately and collaboratively.
    * Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
