CSR Sales Support

Job Description: Culligan Sales Support CSR is responsible for taking all incoming phone calls and properly routing them. Responding to all online inquiries and managing companies’ online reviews. Other job duties include daily deposit processing, Customer Satisfaction calls on completed jobs, and assisting product specialists with outside marketing activities.

Daily:

Answer all incoming phone calls and route to correct person.

Coordinate sales activities with Product specialists. Meet daily to discuss prior days work, any problems encountered, or administrative tasks needed to be completed. Make sure sales appointment summaries are complete and accurate.

Help product specialist design, print, and modify sales materials.

Respond to online inquires as they come in or dispatch them to the correct department (same as phone calls)

Fill product specialists’ schedules by making outbound phone calls and checking in with customers who have old equipment or are missing equipment we would recommend.

Make sure appointment requests are updated in CRM and followed up on at the appropriate time. Schedule phone call appointments for product specialists as needed.

Assist with the following as needed.

Scheduling of service technicians or delivery drivers

Answering customer billing questions

Making customer Satisfaction Calls
