Qualifications
** Requirements:**
- Must have high school diploma
- Must have 2+ years experience in an office Customer Service environment
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Systems, SAP experience, and ability to compile and analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision in fast paced and high pressure situations
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Accurate and detail oriented and be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to interface comfortably with customers and internal departments
- Strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
- Occasional Saturday coverage to pull in customer orders
