Responsibilities/Qualities for our customer service representative include:
Clear and professional demeanor
Greeting visitors or customers
Answering emails
Handling inquiries
Directing calls
Taking and distributing messages
Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
Managing and maintaining files
Comfortable with computers/scanners
Managing schedules and booking appointments
Receiving mail and deliveries
Taking supply inventory weekly
Assist with company events
Work in other departments within the organization and assist as available with any special projects
Qualifications for receptionist
Be an effective and positive team player and flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word and Excel), Google docs
Previous experience working with animals a plus, but not a requirement
Every other weekend required
Business Hours: 8-4:30P OR 9-530P M-F, 8-4 SAT, 10-4 SUN
Pay: $15-$16/hr
Part time: 20-30 hours per week
