Job Summary

Are you a people person with a knack for staying organized and keeping things running smoothly? Crystal Clean Vents, Utah’s #1 HVAC cleaning company, is growing fast—and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our office operations.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional, positive manner

Educate customers about our duct cleaning services and answer related questions

Schedule estimates and jobs for field technicians

Maintain and update the daily work calendar

Respond to online inquiries and customer requests

Communicate effectively between the office and field technicians

Operate standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone/voicemail systems, computers)

Perform general office duties and additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar customer service role preferred

Strong computer and communication skills (verbal and written)

Familiarity with Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Summit County is a plus

Reliable transportation

Dependable, punctual, honest, and a strong team player

Ability to work independently and multitask

Experience with Service Titan is a plus
