Job Summary

Here at Crystal Clean Vents, we pride ourselves on being Utah's #1 HVAC cleaning company.

We are looking to bring on a full-time customer service representative/dispatcher to provide friendly and professional customer service while demonstrating a high value for hard work and excellence.

Responsibilities

Answering phones and assisting customers with their needs in a positive, productive manner.

Helping customers understand our duct cleaning services and answering any questions regarding the services offered.

Scheduling estimates/jobs for the field technicians and keeping the daily work calendar updated.

Replying to customer requests from website inquiries.

Communicating between the office and the technicians in the field.

Operating office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, computers, and other standard office equipment.

Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Computer Skills

Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Have a good understanding of where cities are in Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Summit County.

Honest, hardworking, punctual and reliable.

Able to work well on their own, as well as with others.

Have their own vehicle or reliable transportation.

Willing to take and pass a drug test.

Willing to take and pass a background check.
