Dry Eye Rescue is seeking a talented, results-oriented, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team.
Job Overview:
The position is for a customer service representative with a focus on interacting with clients across various communication channels (email, phone, chat). You will also help manage order processing, confirmations, returns, exchanges, and work with Shopify, a popular e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing assistance across multiple platforms, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Order Management: Tracking and processing orders, handling returns and exchanges, and managing customer accounts on the Shopify database.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to achieve goals, complete tasks, and support each other in a dynamic environment.
- Client Outreach: Calling registered clients to assist with orders—this could be a good opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people directly.
Key Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A high school diploma is the minimum, with some college preferred, which makes the position accessible to a broad range of applicants.
- Shopify Experience: While preferred, it’s not required, so this could be a great opportunity for someone willing to learn.
- Customer Service Experience: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key, as you’ll be the face of the company for many customers.
- Bilingual Skills: Being bilingual is a plus, especially in South Florida where Spanish could be beneficial for interacting with a diverse clientele.
