    Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative / Client acquisition agent to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission and committed to providing exceptional support to our donors, business clients, and beneficiaries. This role is critical in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with Heifer International.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to inquiries from donors, business clients, and beneficiaries at daily fundraising events or business meetings.

    Provide accurate information about Care International's programs, initiatives, and donation processes or services T-Mobile/Staples offers to business clients.

    Resolve issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Document and track customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.

    Assist with donor relations activities, including thank-you calls, fundraising events, follow-ups, and engagement initiatives.

    Support fundraising campaigns and events by providing excellent customer service to participants.

    Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer service experience.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

    Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a nonprofit or social enterprise environment is a plus.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with and understand the needs of diverse stakeholders.

    Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Reliable transportation is a plus.
