Benefits offered: • Health and dental insurance • Paid time off • Outstanding company culture Responsibilities: • Manage external communications with the sales network and customers. • Ensure the efficiency of the order fulfillment process, receiving sales orders, verifying their correctness, checking product availability, verifying the customer’s credit liability, managing order fulfillment priorities following specific instructions by the Sales Manager, loading sales orders into the management system, analyzing situations of product unavailability. • Prepare all the paperwork required for shipment to the customer, issuing sales invoices to the customer. • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with other team members to develop efficient customer service procedures. • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Qualifications: • Excellent customer service experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system • Ability to empathize with customers • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, reliability, flexibility, and strong motivation Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly
