    Position Overview

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in creating positive brand experiences. You’ll interact directly with customers, help coordinate promotional events, and ensure the highest level of service at every touchpoint.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction

    • Educate customers about client products and services while promoting strong brand awareness

    • Support event execution, helping to organize logistics and provide on-site assistance

    • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve services and campaign effectiveness

    • Work closely with team members to ensure consistent messaging and an exceptional customer journey

    • Assist with administrative duties including data entry, customer tracking, and post-event reporting

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event marketing is a plus, but not required
