Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

Job Duties
Establish relationships and connections with current and future clients.
Manage the annual renewal process for all personal and commercial lines clients, including identifying and pursuing potential cross-sell opportunities.
Manage all personal lines service and billing issues (endorsements, policy changes, third-party requests, etc.)
Advise and assist personal lines clients regarding the claims process, as necessary.
Assist personal and commercial lines sales agents with customer service requests, certificates of insurance requests, endorsement, and submissions, as necessary.
Exhibit continuous growth in the areas of teamwork and personal integrity.
Post-sales tasks such as sending and retrieving insurance applications, sending policy documents to clients, updating mortgage and lien holders, and assisting clients with the transition process.
Professional Skills Desired
Proficient with computer programs & able to learn new software quickly. Working experience with Microsoft programs (Excel, & Word).
Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Very Organized and able to follow instructions
Patient, respectful, trustworthy, friendly, articulate, honest, and ethical
Required
Ideal candidate must currently hold a property & Casualty license
