As a FULL TIME Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the mission of a government program located in your state. The Customer Service Representative works as a part of a dynamic team of professionals assisting the United States Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) Application Support Center (ASC) operations.
FULL TIME employees work Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:45 am to 4:15 pm or eight hours a day as opening and closing times may vary. Employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours a week but this schedule can be altered depending on applicant volume and site needs.
This position requires the ability to pass a government clearance and drug test. All required job training will be provided for qualified candidates.
