Responsibilities:
Assist customers with insurance policy inquiries and changes
Process policy renewals and updates
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
Assist with policy claims and documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required
