Are you a great communicator with a confident phone presence? Do you enjoy engaging with people and delivering important information? We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Caller to join our team!

Position: Part-Time Caller

Location: Fredericksburg, VA Hours: 10am-2pm Mon-Fri, Part-Time Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate + Potential Bonuses

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to our clients.

Follow a provided script while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.

Answer inbound calls.

Handle basic inquiries and provide relevant details as you book appointments for the enrollment team.

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and active listening skills. Comfortable making calls and speaking with various individuals. Basic computer skills for data entry. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus (but not required).
