We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers, providing product & service information and resolving technical issues.
The Customer Service Specialist at Front Porch Pantry reports to the Director of Operations and cheerfully helps them answer phones, chats, work our market store, stock inventory, pull orders and answer emails. You will be the righthand person of your supervisors, managing shifts in their absence, helping them coach and mentor frontline agents, taking escalations, and managing other important tasks, VIP customers, and delivery investigations - that help make our customer service department not only function smoothly and effortlessly but exceeds our customer expectations! The ideal candidate is a leader by nature, excellent communicator, motivator, has a can do attitude and is sensitive, patient and compassionate to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
