    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help us maintain our high standards of customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

    Manage an efficient scheduling calendar.

    Convert leads by educating and guiding potential customers, current customers, and partners to do business with us.

    Be engaged, educated, and active on lead channels (ex: Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack, Nextdoor, Google) and participate in other marketing initiatives as needed.

    Organize, schedule, and ensure coverage for all jobs.

    Communicate unique job details and changes to the technicians.

    Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Respond to reviews.

    Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

    Maintain ongoing Contractor Relationships

    Collect outstanding revenue.

    Process crew hours.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    Clear written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.

    Proficiency in using customer service software is preferred.

    Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
