    ABOUT YOU:
    We are looking to hire an energetic, proactive, and collaborative Customer Service Representative to join our growing Groundwork Coffee team. As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will work closely with different departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Retail and the executive team.

    As the Customer Service Rep, you'll be exposed to various facets from sourcing and production to retail and wholesale distribution. If you love a great cup of coffee (or tea), embody a positive attitude, and are enthusiastic about providing great customer service, then please apply today!

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Customer Relations
    • Provide Quality Customer Service
    • Promote a nice, energetic and upbeat demeanor
    • Provide timely, accurate and insightful information to all customers and potential customers
    • Greet walk in visitors
    • Answer incoming calls
    • Make outbound calls to solicit orders to existing customers
    • Data Entry
    • Generate Reports
    • Closely manage customer collections
    • Partner with Sales Reps
    • Time Management
    • Scanning and filing a paperwork
    • Other duties as assigned

    WHAT IT TAKES TO ROCK THIS ROLE:

    • High School Diploma and (6) Months to (1) Year of Receptionist or Customer Service experience
    • Experience in a retail setting with B2B product & services or working with a sales force
    • Computer Proficiency: SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite
    • Commitment to company values; ability to maintain confidentiality when needed
    • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

    PAY RATE: $18.00/HR
