What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver top-notch customer service with a customer-first mindset
Independently manage small business details-schedule projects, coordinate materials and route them within the Southern Denver/ Northern Douglas County area
Stay organized and on top of responsibilities- scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, and more.
Complete projects efficiently and with results-oriented dedication.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills: You're great with people and enjoy solving problems.
Positive, outgoing personality: You'll thrive in our supportive team environment.
Tech-savvy: Confident with office equipment and familiar with Outlook/Excel/Word and CRM systems.
Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, etc.
(Bonus points!) HGTV fans and home repair knowledge: While not required, it's a plus if you're passionate about home improvement.
Call center or customer service experience: 1+ years preferred.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
