Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Products & Medical Supply
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Healthcare Products & Medical Supply Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a background in healthcare or medical supply. Base pay plus commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Provide product recommendations and information on healthcare products and medical supplies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive and proactive manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and store success
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical supply environment
- Knowledge of healthcare products and medical supply terminology
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
