Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

•	Be the first responder to customer calls, emails, and 					messages—no problem too big, no question too small!

•	Schedule inspections, consultations, and roofing projects 				like a master planner.

•	Answer customer questions with confidence, providing 				expert knowledge about our top-tier roofing services and 				warranties.

•	Resolve issues with speed and care, ensuring every 					customer feels like a VIP.

•	Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions in 		our CRM system (even superheroes need organization!).

•	Follow up with customers to make sure they’re thrilled with 		their Honest Abe experience.

•	Collaborate with our sales and project teams to deliver 				seamless service.

Requirements to Join Our League:

•	High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a 				plus).

•	Previous customer service experience, especially in home 				improvement or construction, is a bonus.
