As a CSR at Hughes Mechanical, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their HVAC and Plumbing needs are met with care, professionalism, and efficiency. Your role includes: • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with a friendly and helpful attitude. • Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians eiciently. • Resolving customer concerns and providing timely follow-ups. • Managing customer accounts, records, and service requests in our system. • Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
We’re seeking someone who: • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. • Thrives in a team environment, but can also work independently. • Is comfortable using Customer Management Software (training provided). • Proficient with Service Titan is a plus! • Prior experience in customer service (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries) is a plus!
