Core Duties and Responsibilities
Friendly engagement with the customer by phone and in person.
Must be able to multitask with customer communication, phones, and software.
Solve problems by proactively finding solutions.
Must be a team player.
Completion of required training.
Ability to professionally answer customer questions regarding policies and curriculum.
Gain knowledge of JackRabbit software.
Requirements

The ability to work a consistent schedule
We offer paid training and a starting wage of $14 .25 per hour. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a part time job.
