Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Customer Champion: Be the first point of contact, answering calls and emails promptly and professionally. • Problem Solver: Efficiently address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests. • Organizational Maestro: Manage and retain customer accounts, schedule services, and dispatch jobs using our CRM system. • Financial Guru: Generate invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts receivable tasks. • Documentation Whiz: Maintain accurate records, manage files, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED. • Proven customer service experience. • Experience with invoicing and basic accounting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Reliable transportation. • Experience in the environmental field is a plus. Compensation: $17 - $25 hourly
