    At JYB, Deputy Collectors, we’re not just a collections company – we’re a team dedicated to helping towns get paid while maintaining strong relationships with their customers. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering great service and finding win-win solutions. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30-5 and are looking for someone for 3-4 days a week in person. If you’re ready to be part of a company that values both results and people, keep reading!

    What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative on our collections team, you’ll be at the heart of what we do – helping customers navigate their accounts and find solutions to get them back on track. Whether you’re answering inbound calls, managing accounts, or helping customers understand their options, you’ll be working hard to create positive outcomes for everyone involved.

    You’ll also be:

    Managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with payments and account inquiries

    Acting as a friendly, professional voice, guiding customers through the collections process while keeping things calm and productive

    Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and payments

    Working closely with our team to meet goals and deliver accurate and timely results, with a focus on compliance and professionalism

    Who You Are: We’re looking for someone who is not only experienced in customer service but also understands the value of empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving. If you’ve got a positive attitude, a knack for managing tough conversations, and the ability to keep things organized, you might be the perfect fit for us.

    The Essentials:

    Previous experience in customer service, collections, or call centers is a plus!

    You're RELIABLE!

    You’re a natural communicator, both on the phone and in writing

    You’re a problem-solver who can stay calm and focused in challenging situations

    You’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office

    Bonus points if you’re familiar with collections laws and regulations (don’t worry if you’re not – we’ll train you!)

    Bilingual (English/Spanish)? Even better!
