Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of Lindsay Windows policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. The qualified candidate will have previous reception or customer service experience, love a challenge and have a strong desire to make a difference!
Primary responsibilities:
Build a strong rapport with customers: base of pleasant, courteous, truthful interactions
Screens and routes telephone calls and responds to inquiries from the public, vendors, contractors by referring calls to appropriate personnel
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
Input orders and quotes with 100% accuracy
Greeting visitors, applicants, vendors, etc. and directing them appropriately
Maintaining office area, ensuring area is tidy and well-stocked
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
Work with the sales team to stay updated on product knowledge
Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving
Cross train on multiple office functions
Other duties as assigned
Ideal skills and qualifications for this position:
Ability to multi-task, yet focus on specific projects, meeting established deadlines
Working computer knowledge, including Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment including fax machine, scanner, copier, computer, telephone, scale, and communication equipment
Building or Construction experience helpful
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Must be willing and able to work from our office in Apple Valley daily!
