Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our swim families. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients, from scheduling lessons to handling inquiries and feedback. You will interact with customers via phone, email, text, and social media, helping them navigate class offerings, resolve concerns, and celebrate progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Scheduling & Enrollment: Assist families in booking and modifying swim lessons, maintaining accurate class rosters, and managing waitlists.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues as necessary.
• Customer Engagement: Celebrate student progress and milestones by sharing positive feedback, testimonials, and success stories.
• Social Media & Messaging: Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments on social media platforms, maintaining a professional and engaging online presence.
• Payment Processing: Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account management.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update client profiles, and support team members with various office tasks as needed.
• Facility & Program Knowledge: Stay informed about swim programs, policies, and schedules to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling software, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Ability to remain patient, positive, and professional in high-energy or challenging situations.
• Passion for working with families and children, and an appreciation for the importance of swim education.
