Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, scheduling services, and managing customer accounts
Utilize PestPac software to manage client information, service scheduling, and job orders
Efficiently navigate Google Maps and other mapping tools to determine service areas, optimize routes, and support field technicians
Coordinate daily schedules for service teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery
Handle multiple tasks throughout the day, including answering calls, managing emails, and processing paperwork
Resolve customer concerns and provide information about services in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with team members and support overall office operations as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience using PestPac software in a customer service or administrative role
Strong knowledge of service areas and excellent proficiency with Google Maps or other mapping/navigation software
Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
Previous experience in the pest control industry or a similar field is highly preferred
