Maid Right seeks a Customer Service Representative, who drives sales by effectively booking estimates and one-time cleanings and delivering excellent customer service to existing customers. They can also be cross-trained to serve as a backup estimator or field manager. Must be bilingual English/Spanish and have a valid drivers license.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond to and handle incoming telephone calls and web leads
Sell Maid Right services by phone to potential customers
Schedule estimates
Make back-marketing phone calls to re-engage customers
Increase the customer base to meet monthly standards
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Administrative
Document and maintain all incoming calls from prospective customers and overall master records
Send thank you and/or welcome letters to franchisee prospects and after estimates
Requirements
Phone, computer and communication and organizational skills
Sales and customer service experience
Able to work regular office hours
Eligible to be employed in the U.S.
Must be bondable; requires passing a criminal background check
Insured for employee dishonesty; history void of dishonest, criminal, felonious acts or convictions
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the Maid Right image
Attendance and participation in all staff meetings
Abide by all rules, regulations, and policies
Physical Demands
Requires frequently: Standing, carrying and/or lift 15 lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, sitting for long periods, reaching above and below shoulder level; full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Must be able to function in high-pressure situations, take legible handwritten notes where necessary, have correctable vision and hearing. Also includes environmental exposure to chemicals typically found in cleaning solutions, air conditioned/heated home environments, low to medium noise levels such as that typical of cleaning equipment operations, and lighting as found in typical home environments.
